Apesar dos carros el\u00e9tricos serem mais caros do que um modelo a combust\u00e3o, a longo prazo compensa porque o custo da<\/span><b> eletricidade \u00e9 menor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> , quando comparado com o gas\u00f3leo ou a gasolina. Por outro lado, \u00e9 comum ouvir-se que s\u00f3 compensa ter carro el\u00e9trico se for para carregar em casa. E com o pre\u00e7o da eletricidade a disparar, pode ser um fator dissuador para quem pretende comprar um carro el\u00e9trico em 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ser\u00e1 que ainda compensa comprar um carro el\u00e9trico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Neste artigo fazemos as contas para perceber quanto custa carregar o seu veiculo el\u00e9trico em casa em 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>O pre\u00e7o da eletricidade em 2024<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O custo de carregamento em casa inclui v\u00e1rias componentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O <\/span><b>pre\u00e7o do kWh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> varia em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do seu<\/span><b> fornecedor de energia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, do <\/span><b>contrato<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, do<\/span><b> tipo de energia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (eletricidade verde ou n\u00e3o), ou de <\/span><b>servi\u00e7os adicionais <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(fatura \u00e9lectronica, d\u00e9bito direto&#8230;). Al\u00e9m de escolher um fornecedor de energia, deve igualmente escolher um <\/span><b>plano espec\u00edfico <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(e-Luz da Endesa ;&nbsp; Base Luz da EDP ; Casa Luz da Iberdrola ou Galp Casa e Estrada El\u00e9tricidade da Galp) e o <\/span><b>tipo de tarifa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Existem<\/span><b> 3 tarifas no mercado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tarifa<\/span><b> simples<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: o pre\u00e7o do kWh \u00e9 o mesmo a qualquer hora do dia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tarifa <\/span><b>bi-hor\u00e1ria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: o pre\u00e7o do kWh varia em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da hora ou at\u00e9 da \u00e9poca do ano. Tem a escolha entre um ciclo di\u00e1rio ou semanal. Nas horas de vazio, o pre\u00e7o do kWh \u00e9 mais barato, e nas horas fora de vazio, \u00e9 mais caro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tarifa <\/span><b>tri-hor\u00e1ria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: o pre\u00e7o do kWh depende igualmente da hora. Neste caso, tem igualmente a escolha entre ciclos semanais e ciclos di\u00e1rios, e tem tr\u00eas tarifas: ponta, cheias e vazio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para os particulares, as tarifas mais comuns s\u00e3o tarifa simples e tarifa bi-hor\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Em Portugal, existe igualmente uma diferen\u00e7a de pre\u00e7os entre o<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.erse.pt\/eletricidade\/funcionamento\/comercializacao\/\"> <b>Mercado Livre de Energia e o Mercado Regulado<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Por exemplo, no mercado livre, os pre\u00e7os n\u00e3o s\u00e3o fixos o que significa que se os pre\u00e7os da luz baixarem, a sua fatura ir\u00e1 igualmente baixar. J\u00e1 um ve\u00edculo com motor a gasolina, percorrer 100Km custa em m\u00e9dia 9,50\u20ac,<\/span><b> ou seja, no final do m\u00eas teria uma despesa aproximada de 38 \u20ac, mais do dobro do que gastaria a carregar um carro el\u00e9trico em casa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>E na via p\u00fablica?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No caso do carregamento <\/span><b>fora de casa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, o pre\u00e7o de carregamento pode oscilar bastante entre os carregadores porque o custo do carregamento p\u00fablico inclui v\u00e1rias componentes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taxa CEME<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taxa OPC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Outras taxas de carregamento<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A taxa do <strong>CEME<\/strong> representa o custo da energia e pode variar em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do comercializador de energia do utilizador. Dois utilizadores que carregam num mesmo ponto de carregamento \u00e0 mesma hora e com o mesmo consumo podem pagar uma taxa de CEME diferente.&nbsp; Por sua vez, a taxa do OPC corresponde \u00e0 taxa do operador do posto de carregamento. O operador \u00e9 a entidade que disponibiliza o carregador, e que garante o bom funcionamento do posto.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Al\u00e9m disso, a estrutura do pre\u00e7o pode variar de um posto de carregamento para outro: como \u00e9 poss\u00edvel verificar no exemplo abaixo, certos operadores cobram uma taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, outros n\u00e3o. Otimizar hor\u00e1rios de carregamento<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9 muito provavelmente o conselho mais importante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A<\/span><b> tarifa bi-hor\u00e1ria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00e9 sem d\u00favida a oferta mais interessante para carregar um carro em casa para um custo mais reduzido, sendo que a eletricidade normalmente \u00e9 <\/span><b>mais barata durante a noite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. No entanto, para ser vantajosa, <\/span><b>deve carregar durante as horas de vazio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Por exemplo, pode agendar o carregamento a partir da meia-noite at\u00e9 \u00e0s 7h atrav\u00e9s da app da sua wallbox, para estar na hora de vazio onde o kWh custa mais barato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Ter uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de carregamento adaptada<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Esta dica deve ser considerada em conjunto com a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos hor\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deve ter uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/chargeguru.com\/pt\/carregadores-veiculos-eletricos\/\">carregamento<\/a> adaptada \u00e0 sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria. Se fizer <\/span><b>poucos quil\u00f3metros por dia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, pode optar por uma <\/span><b>tomada refor\u00e7ada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ou uma<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/chargeguru.com\/pt\/2020\/12\/11\/como-escolher-o-seu-posto-de-carregamento-2\/\"> <b>wallbox<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mais lenta (3,7 kW). O desenvolvimento a n\u00edvel nacional deste tipo de carregadores contribui sem d\u00favida para a democratiza\u00e7\u00e3o da mobilidade el\u00e9trica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No entanto, carregar na rua tem um custo mais elevado que carregar em casa.
